iMicro Return Policy

RETURN GUIDELINES

To return a product to iMicro, you will need to request a preapproval of return in your order. Any unauthorized return will be denied or cause the process delay. You will receive an email with a Return Shipping Label that has a dedicated Return ID within the product's return period. When you're ready, gather your purchases and prepare your package for return shipping. To identify your return, attach your Return Shipping Label to the exterior of the shipment box once your products have been properly packaged to prevent damage and are ready to ship. Return labels are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued, during which time returned products must be received by iMicro. Return Products that are received by iMicro in any of the following conditions are ineligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product that has a damaged, altered, missing, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, UPC, manufacturer model, or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product returned without all of its original packing and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other products that came with it.
  • Any products that were physically damaged or has discrepancies when you received the package. Please contact iMicro Customer Service immediately. Pictures of the package and item are required. iMicro will open an investigation of your claim and respond to you with the decision.
This Return Policy applies to products listed on any iMicro owned or managed website and sold and shipped by iMicro.

30-DAY FREE RETURNS

Any product "sold and shipped" by iMicro may be eligible for free return within 30 days of the invoice date. There is no restocking fee, and free return shipping labels will be issued for such products weighing 30 pounds or less.

RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

iMicro does not charge for return shipping labels for products up to 30 pounds or less. You will need to request a courtesy prepaid return label during the return creation process within the applicable return policy period. Customers will be solely responsible for loss or misplacement of product returned if you return the package of products without a Return ID. Product received more than 14 days after the Return ID is assigned is subject to refusal at the discretion of the Customer Services Department.

ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICIES

  • Standard Return Policy: Refund will take place within 30 days to your original payment method after iMicro receives the returned products “Sold and Shipped” by iMicro.
  • Manufacturer Only Return Policy: This item is only covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions or contact the manufacturer.
  • Holiday Extended Return Policy: All qualified product purchases made between November 1, 23 and December 31, 23 are eligible for a refund until January 31, 2024.

REFUND POLICIES

Return Processing: Please allow at least 5 business days after the returned items are received for products "Sold and Shipped by iMicro" to be processed. We will send you an email on your return after it has been processed.
Refunds: Refunds will be provided back to your original payment method once your return has been processed. If the original payment option is no longer accessible, please contact us.

SPECIFIC PRODUCTS RETURN POLICIES

  • Bundle or Combo Purchases: Bundles are collections of products that are sold at a discounted price. You must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE when requesting a refund.
  • Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, replaced, or refunded.
